Presley Paige is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide both professional and personal support to the Owner. This role is designed to maximize the Owner's time and effectiveness by managing day-to-day administrative responsibilities, overseeing personal and business logistics, and ensuring important tasks and projects are executed efficiently.
This is not a traditional administrative role. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the Owner, helping to keep both business operations and personal responsibilities organized and moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support
- Manage the Owner's calendar, appointments, meetings, and scheduling.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prioritize emails, correspondence, and follow-up tasks.
- Prepare documents, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
- Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between the Owner and internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
Financial & Administrative Management
- Reconcile business and personal credit card statements.
- Track receipts and maintain organized financial records.
- Manage product returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
- Coordinate invoice collection and expense tracking.
- Prepare organized documentation for accounting and bookkeeping.
- Monitor subscriptions, memberships, and recurring expenses.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager and Shop Owner, the Assistant Store Manager is responsible for creating connections with customers and team members, implementation of retail sales strategies, in-store programming, and visual merchandising/displays. As an Assistant Store Manager at Presley Paige, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting Store Owner and other team members with the achievement of retail store targets by driving sales + growing the Presley Paige brand
- Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service

An Event Team Associate works with the Presley Paige team to safely deliver and install balloon decor. This position includes driving, carrying up to 60lbs, use of a ladder, and other appropriate equipment for installation. The position will also include working in the studio on the production of balloon decor such as inflation, creation, and adding the finishing touches on orders.
Responsibilities and Duties:
This position will report directly to the Events Coordinator. There is a 90-day trial period for all positions at Presley Paige. Any position with Presley Paige requires flexibility in schedule, attention to detail, and the ability to work as a team.

We are looking for an experienced event professional who can immediately bring leadership, organization, and operational expertise to the Presley Paige Events team, with the potential to grow into a broader department leadership role as the business continues to scale.
The ideal candidate has:
- 5+ years of professional experience in event production, event management, experiential marketing, event design, large-scale installations, hospitality events, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience directly managing people, with demonstrated ability to lead, develop, delegate to, and hold a team accountable
- Experience overseeing multiple events or projects simultaneously from planning through execution
- Demonstrated experience building and managing complex production schedules, staffing plans, project timelines, and deadlines
- Experience managing event or project budgets, including labor costs, outside vendors, rentals, transportation, and other operational expenses

Reporting directly to the Owner, the Graphic Designer is responsible for bringing the Presley Paige brand to life across product, packaging, retail, e-commerce, events, and marketing. This role will develop original creative concepts and execute high-quality design that drives product sales, builds brand awareness, and keeps the Presley Paige look and feel consistent across every touchpoint.
The ideal candidate is an experienced designer with a strong creative point of view, an eye for what’s next, and the ability to take an idea from concept through final execution. We’re looking for someone who loves great design, understands our colorful and playful aesthetic, and can balance creativity with the organization and attention to detail needed to keep a fast-moving brand moving forward.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create on-brand, high-quality graphic design for print and digital across product development, packaging, retail, e-commerce, events, and marketing.
- Develop original artwork, illustrations, patterns, graphics, and creative concepts for Presley Paige products and collections.
- Partner with the marketing team to create cohesive campaign assets across social media, email, website, digital advertising, print, and other brand touchpoints.
- Prepare accurate, production-ready artwork and files for printers, manufacturers, vendors, and digital platforms.
- Review proofs and product samples, making revisions as needed to ensure the final product reflects the approved design.
- Support the Presley Paige storefront and events with signage, displays, collateral, and other creative needs.
- Maintain and help evolve Presley Paige brand standards, ensuring a consistent look and feel as the brand continues to grow.
- Maintain organized creative files, photography, artwork, templates, and brand assets.

Presley Paige is seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven Event Sales & Business Development Manager to lead sales efforts for our custom event and balloon installation division. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through a combination of lead conversion, strategic outreach, relationship building, and proactive business development.
The ideal candidate is equal parts salesperson, relationship builder, and strategist—someone who thrives on creating opportunities, building partnerships, and turning conversations into long-term clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Growth
- Manage all incoming event inquiries from website, social media, email, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Lead prospective clients through the sales process from discovery call to signed contract.

- Own and manage the company's CRM system, ensuring all leads, opportunities, communications, and sales activities are accurately tracked.
- Develop and maintain sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting.

- Create and maintain sales workflows, automations, and follow-up sequences.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for leadership.

Client Experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact during the sales process.
- Understand client goals and recommend creative event solutions that align with their vision and budget.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and communication throughout the booking process.
- Ensure a seamless transition from sales to production and event execution teams.
Brand Representation
- Represent Presley Paige with professionalism, creativity, and enthusiasm.
- Help position Presley Paige as a national leader in custom event design, balloon installations, and sorority recruitment experiences.
- Support marketing initiatives that drive awareness, lead generation, and sales growth.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, event sales, hospitality sales, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, Zoho, or similar systems.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

Seeking a creative, highly organized Social Media Manager to own and grow our social presence and bring the Presley Paige brand to life through engaging, of-the-moment content.
The ideal candidate has a strong instinct for what people want to watch, share, save, and engage with, and knows how to turn brand moments into great content. This person should be equally comfortable behind the camera, editing a Reel, writing the perfect caption, building a content calendar, spotting the next trend, and digging into performance to understand what's actually working.
We're looking for someone who is creative, quick-moving, collaborative, and excited to help grow a colorful, fun brand across retail, e-commerce, products, events, and everything in between.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and evolve Presley Paige's organic social media presence across all brand channels.
- Develop and manage weekly and monthly content calendars that support product launches, promotions, events, campaigns, and key brand moments.
- Concept, capture, produce, and edit engaging photo and short-form video content.
- Write compelling, conversational copy that consistently reflects the Presley Paige brand voice.
- Stay ahead of social media, content, platform, and cultural trends and identify opportunities for Presley Paige to join the conversation in a way that feels natural to the brand.
- Bring fresh content ideas, creative concepts, and new formats of storytelling to the team.
- Partner with the marketing, creative, retail, events, and product teams to tell the full Presley Paige story and ensure campaigns feel cohesive across channels.
- Plan and coordinate content needs for product launches, marketing shoots, events, partnerships, and other brand initiatives.
- Engage directly with the Presley Paige community, building relationships and creating meaningful interactions with customers and followers.
- Identify opportunities to grow our audience, increase engagement, drive traffic, and ultimately support product sales and brand awareness.
- Monitor social performance, identify what's working, and use insights to continually improve content and strategy.
- Share customer feedback, trends, and insights from the social community that can help inform marketing, product development, and the overall customer experience.
- Support additional digital and marketing content needs including email, website, product descriptions, paid media, and in-store creative as needed.

QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of professional, full-time experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or a related role, with direct responsibility for managing brand social channels.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating engaging, high-quality social content created for brands or organizations.
- Demonstrated experience creating and editing short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
- Excellent writer with a strong understanding of brand voice and conversational copy.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, best practices, analytics, and what makes content perform.
- Comfortable capturing high-quality photo and video content and being hands-on throughout the content creation process.
- Strong creative instincts and an eye for color, composition, styling, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to balance creative thinking with performance insights and business goals.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage an ever-changing content calendar and priority list.
- Strong communicator who works well across teams and can turn ideas into action quickly.

This position will report directly to the Owner. There is a 90-day trial period for all positions at Presley Paige. Any position with Presley Paige requires flexibility in schedule, attention to detail, and the ability to work as a team.
